Distracted driving is a nationwide problem, it's true. As drivers, we've been lucky to have some more relaxed laws in some ways when it comes to distracted driving. Thus far, you can't be pulled over JUST for texting and driving.

A new statute came out in 2018 regarding how to drive when there's an emergency vehicle or accident. This month, Florida Highway Patrol will be promoting it and enforcing it for the purposes of public awareness. What does this mean as a driver?
