Great news! The previous post we made warning you about the title transfer bill is null and void. The bill is dead, and title transfers will still need to be completed by dealers within 30 days.

Recently, Florida senator Tom Wright proposed a bill that would make it so that when you buy a used car, dealers do not have to transfer the title over to you as a new owner in the currently required 30 days time.

Buying a car has never been so stressful. Right now, both used and new cars are in such short supply that finding the vehicle you want with the options you need is inordinately hard. What caused this, and what can we expect from it as we shop for new or used cars?
