Great news! The previous post we made warning you about the title transfer bill is null and void. The bill is dead, and title transfers will still need to be completed by dealers within 30 days. This is a really big deal - the previous bill could potentially have caused huge problems for individuals buying used cars and being able to drive them legally in the State of Florida.
